I am based at CW Hair & Beauty Bolton on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
To secure your appointment, a £20 non-refundable deposit is required. To reschedule your appointment, at least 48 hours notice is required. Failure to provide this notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. Your deposit can be transferred to another date if 48 hours notice is given. Please note, excessive amounts of rescheduling may result in your deposit being lost due to time wasting. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
No-shows will incur a 100% charge for the service originally booked. This payment must be made in full before any future appointments can be scheduled.
Cancellations made on the same day will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
If you require a removal prior to your first appointment, please make sure you have added this to your booking. I do not infill other people’s work and do not remove acrylic nails. Please ensure that these are removed prior to your appointment.
Please send over any nail inspiration pictures to me (via either Instagram, WhatsApp or Facebook) 24 hours before your appointment at the latest.
If you have any nail breaks that need repairing, please be aware that this may affect the time available for nail art during your appointment.
You will be sent a consultation form before every appointment, please ensure this is completed ahead of your visit.
I will only work on healthy nails, please do not proceed with booking if you have any infections, nail separation, or allergies. If you are unsure, please feel free to send me a message with any questions.


Please arrive on time for your appointment. I offer a 15-minute grace period, but please note that if you are late, your appointment will be shortened accordingly to accommodate the schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to re-book. You will still be charged for the original service.
For safety and comfort, please do not bring children to your appointment. If you are accompanied by a child, the appointment will not proceed, and you will still be charged for the scheduled service. If you are unable to arrange childcare, please reschedule for another time.
Once any wet product has been applied, please refrain from touching anything. this includes using your phone or touching your face/hair. I want to give you the best service possible, and this can cause product breakdown and effect longevity of your nails if any oils or fluff get onto the nails.
NAIL CARE AND MAINTENANCE

As your nail technician, your nail health is my top priority. To ensure your nails remain in optimal condition, regular maintenance appointments are essential. While I provide high-quality services, it’s important to remember that maintaining the health and appearance of your nails requires your ongoing care and commitment.
• Regular appointments: To maintain healthy nails and avoid damage, I recommend booking your follow-up appointments every 3-4 weeks. Failing to attend these appointments, or allowing too much time between visits, can result in damage to your natural nails. If your nails become too damaged I will not be able to apply any product to them and you will be refused service.
• Rebalance fee: If your appointment exceeds 4 weeks without proper maintenance, a rebalance will be required at an additional charge. This is to ensure the health of your nails and the integrity of the work we’ve done together.
• Hand placement: When placing your hand in the lamp, please make sure that you are sitting straight. Your hand should be in the middle of the lamp, with fingers slightly spread apart. Please make sure your all fingers including thumbs are as flat as possible and are facing up towards to top of the lamp to stop product running to the side. All nails need to be exposed fully to the lights inside the lamp to ensure a full cure and avoid exposure to uncured product and possible nail allergies.
